This online Respectful Workplace course for managers, supervisors and employees demonstrates the respectful workplace, various types of harassment and gives a comprehensive overview of Ontario Bill 168/132 as they relate to a respectful workplace. This course also provides practical strategies to improve communication and create a positive workplace environment. Upon successful completion of this online Respectful Workplace course, a certificate of completion will be available to download and print.

Assessment

Testing conducted throughout this Respectful Workplace online course is designed to reinforce the information presented. A mark of 80% must be achieved to receive a certificate of completion. Participants are able to repeat the course two additional times
