To further enhance compliance and competency, participants can achieve Level 2 Certification by undergoing an external validation review. Level 1 training is required for us to be able to provide this validation.

Validation Process:

Participants conduct an internal safety audit using a structured template provided in the Level 1 training.
A certified safety advisor from Safety First Training Ltd. conducts a 3-4 hour onsite validation review to assess compliance.
A passing score of 80% or higher is required for Level 2 Certification.
Validation reviews must be conducted every three years to maintain Level 2 Certification status.
Certificates will be awarded to indicate compliance
