CONFD SPACE ENTRY AND RESCUE TRAINING CERTIFICATION
Safety First Training offers Confined Space Non-Entry Rescue and Advanced Confined Space Entry Rescue Training designed to help Ontario employers meet their obligations under the Occupational Health and Safety Act and Ontario Regulation 632/05 (Confined Spaces).
Our confined space training programs combine classroom instruction with hands-on practical components and are tailored to site-specific hazards, equipment, and procedures. Training is delivered onsite across Ontario and is suitable for workers, supervisors, and designated rescue personnel. Training is offered around Southern Ontario including Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Markham, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Oakville, Burlington, Hamilton, Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, Oshawa, Milton, Georgetown, Aurora, Newmarket, Caledon, Barrie, Guelph, Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, St. Catharines, Niagara Falls, Peterborough, Orangeville, Grimsby, Brantford, Stratford, Simcoe, Woodstock, Collingwood, Orillia, Port Hope, Kawartha Lakes, and more.
Confined Space with Rescue (6-8 hours)
Up to 15 participants: $2500.00/Session + HST
NOTE: Customers are to supply Tr-Pod, Air Monitor and harnesses for hands on demonstration
Duration
Up to 8-12 hours, depending on participant class size
Assessment
A passing grade of 75% is required in order to receive a certificate
Completion
Upon successful completion of this course, participants will receive a PDF wall certificate and PDF wallet card for their records

Participants will:
Set up and inspect retrieval systems
Demonstrate non-entry rescue procedures
Conduct simulated rescue scenarios
Practice safe communication and emergency coordination
Where appropriate and feasible, training may include controlled confined space simulations.
Confined Space Awareness vs. Rescue Training
If your organization only requires hazard recognition and legislative understanding, Awareness Training may be sufficient.
If your organization requires designated rescue personnel or retrieval equipment use, Entry & Rescue Training is required.
